What you get, what it costs, and how cancellation works.

Terrank sells a one-off GEO Audit at $30 and two monthly plans, Terrank Pro at $100 and Terrank Max at $250. Monthly plans can be cancelled at any time and run until the end of the period you have paid for. The audit is a one-time purchase with no auto-renewal.
Terrank measures how likely your content is to be cited by AI engines — ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Perplexity and others — and tells you what to change. We provide analysis and recommendations. We do not edit your website for you unless that is explicitly agreed.
Each plan's full feature list is on the pricing page. Where a plan says a number — prompts, engines, how often — that is what it includes.
We cannot guarantee that an AI engine will cite your site, or that any particular score will improve. AI engines are third-party systems whose behaviour changes without notice and which nobody outside those companies controls. What we guarantee is the work: the analysis, the score, and the recommendations, delivered as described.
Anyone promising you guaranteed AI citations is guessing. We would rather say so plainly.
Cancel a monthly plan at any time, from your PayPal account or by emailing us. Cancellation stops the next payment; your plan keeps working until the end of the period you have already paid for.
The $30 audit is a one-off purchase. There is nothing to cancel and nothing renews.

Once an audit has been delivered it is not refundable, because the work is done and cannot be returned. If you believe the work was not what was described, tell us — we would rather sort it out than argue about it.
Everything you submit remains yours. The audit and recommendations we produce are yours to use however you like. We do not publish your data, your results or your company name as a case study without asking you first.
The Terrank site, its blog and its methodology are ours. You are welcome to read, quote and link to them with attribution. Please do not republish them wholesale as your own.
We aim to keep Terrank available at all times but cannot promise uninterrupted service. Maintenance, hosting problems and third-party outages happen. If an outage materially affects a paid plan, tell us and we will make it right.
Terrank provides analysis and recommendations. Decisions about your website are yours. To the extent the law allows, our liability for any claim is limited to what you paid us in the twelve months before it arose.
Nothing here limits liability for fraud.
You can ask us to close your account and delete your data at any time — see the privacy policy. We may suspend an account that abuses the service or attempts to defraud us, and will say why if we do.
If these terms change materially we will update the date at the top of this page. Changes do not apply retroactively to work you have already paid for.
